For some reason I’ve tried a whole lot of wrongful death cases, and because I’m not very smart I have to be creative. And being creative I think is an important element in any counsel you choose in a wrongful death claim, because you have to recreate in part the participation of the deceased in that family structure and you have to learn what they have contributed, and a lawyer is very important in perfecting that process.
