No, no, no. You are not supposed to collect unemployment and Workers’ Compensation benefits at the same time. But this lends itself to an important question. The word is called an intervener. If you receive benefits on a claim, whether the claim was admitted or denied, where somebody else or some other group has paid benefits, the lawyers or even you, as the employee, have a duty to put them on notice so they get involved in the claim. So unemployment’s a big one because when people are off and the claim is denied or people don’t get benefits yet, they will go collect unemployment. So we have to put unemployment on notice.
