That happens. There are not many things that we can do about that. If the employer ignores the restrictions and you find your symptoms increasing, of course you need to go back to your doctor to get the restrictions modified. But there have been situations where we’ve had to argue that an employee was constructively terminated, basically you were forced to quit because they simply were pushing you beyond your physical limit. And it’s a dicey situation to be in, but it happens.
