The most common concern that my clients have after they’ve sustained a work injury is, they’re concerned about losing their employment. And so, we try to reassure the injured worker that employers do not terminate injured workers. They just need to focus on cooperating with their medical provider and their qualified rehabilitation consultant and we very rarely see an employer terminate an employee following an injury.
