people don’t have
they call it insider trading because
there’s some sort of inside information
that the person has it could be a person
who’s actually inside the company or it
could even be somebody who’s outside the
company but receiving information from
inside the company and it’s illegal
because it’s an unfair way of trading
Securities because you have
information that’s not publicly
available in a sense you’re
able to cheat cheat the market by using
uh this information improperly
