is because these are the types of crimes
that the District Attorney’s office will
focus on and all of their
resources we investigate the case often
better than the police themselves did we
file innumerable motions so that we can
determine what is the best presentation
of the evidence for our client and
finally we work with the client to
determine whether he or she wishes to
testify we often use a mock trial to
determine case strategy but also show
the client what a a cross-examination
will look like and what we do is come up
with the best defense for someone in
these very serious crimes
