deporting someone from the United States
involves a legal procedure especially if
somebody’s already been in the United
States for a while for many years laid
some Roots have children they have to go
in front of a judge they have to have a
deportation order be issued against them
so just because you’re here undocumented
or illegally
does not automatically mean that you
will be deported there are however
individuals who may be in the United
States with outstanding deportation
orders and deportation warrants as
they’re common commonly known those
individuals are much easier to deport
but the mere fact of being here
undocumented does not equal deportation
you also have rights you have rights in
front of an Immigration Court and you
have rights that such as everyone else
in this country
