a big part of our practice is what’s

called trust administration

and this is where we are either

representing the trustees and making

sure that they’re doing right by the

beneficiaries or we’re representing

beneficiaries who have either been

wronged by their trustees or simply want

to make sure that their trustees are

acting in their best interest so that is

a

large part of our practice is not just

creating the

trust in estates or foundations and

corporations but in-house management

either on behalf of the beneficiaries or

the trustees
