The best way is to avoid it, and the adage about an ounce of prevention really is clearly the case. Lots of times companies and individuals don’t want to spend a lawyer to – spend money for a lawyer to review a contract or look at an agreement, but some of the most unfortunately [laughs] cases I’ve had is when they haven’t done that, and then they come to the – to me after the fact and say, “Well, what can I do?” And so really trying to spend some money to get advice from a lawyer while you’re entering into a contract or entering into a deal of some sort is the best way to prepare and avoid being pulled into a lawsuit.
