Aggravated indecent assault includes basically, digital penetration of either the vaginal area or the anus. And so, they have to prove penetration however slight. And so, what is however slight mean? That is a question that’s been asked numerous times in appeals and really, rubbing can be however slight. So that finger rubs over the anal region or the vaginal region of a woman or the anal region of a woman or a man that can be aggravated indecent assault here in Pennsylvania.
