yeah so um I’ve handled uh many many

criminal sexual conduct uh crimes

ranging from Criminal sexual conduct in

the fifth degree which is usually a

gross misdemeanor to criminal sexual

conduct in the first degree which is a

crime punishable by a presumptive commit

to prison of 144 months uh I’ve

acquitted clients that have ranged from

Decora state troopers a couple years ago

I tried a case in southern Minnesota

where a board certified doctor was

accused of sexually abusing seven

patients after I cross-examined uh the

first witness the uh prosecutor dropped

all charges and my client uh walked free

this year I acquitted a decorated

professor at the University of Minnesota

of criminal sexual conduct of a minor

and the jury found him not guilty so

I’ve tried many many criminal sexual
