so my experience with handling sex

crimes generally involves defending

professional people who are accused of

sex crimes so for example last month I

won a case for a family doctor who was

accused of

um

committing what they call Therapeutic

deception which is to say that he was

accused of lying to women about the

purpose of the examination and that it

really wasn’t a bona fide medical

examination but was a way for him to

have illegal sexual conduct or contact

and I think I tried the first one of

those cases when the statute was passed

in about

1988 and I won that case and I’ve

handled a lot of those cases since I’ve

handled in One cases for example a

Minnesota state trooper accused of

criminal sexual conduct and other people

so that’s
