Child pornography is a crime. Viewing child pornography is a crime. Possessing child pornography is a crime. Downloading child pornography is a crime. It is a crime that recently is being prosecuted and sought after by prosecutors all over the country. I actually travel all around the county to defend people accused of viewing, downloading, sometimes sharing child pornography. These are very, very serious charges mainly being prosecuted in federal courts around the country, but also in state courts. And I fight them and I challenge the ways that prosecutors and law enforcement were able to find out that you have been watching child pornography or viewing it or downloading it.
