The first thing they need to understand is selling a business is almost a full time job and they cannot go on with their regular business life during the process. Obviously, the company needs to run and we don’t know if its going to happen, but I need to tell them that they need to make this a priority in their lives and the appropriate lieutenants they designate. They need to give me people that I can report to and talk to. And when I ask them for things we need it promptly, efficiently, one time, and we need their attention and their focus. And they should treat this as the most serious thing perhaps they’ll do in their career.
