A big part of my practice is commercial leasing, and these commercial leases are serious documents. They are substantial. And they really need to be carefully reviewed and negotiated. They deal with things like what the landlord has to do, what the tenant has to do, both before, during, and after the lease term. They deal with common area maintenance charges. They deal with rights and remedies if one of the parties defaults.
