In a real estate transaction we represent buyers, sellers, developers, and borrowers. And we represent them through the process so negotiating the agreement of sale, reviewing the title, being involved with the due diligence negotiating, reviewing the loan documents, and, of course, all the documents associated with the actual closing. But I think, the most valuable thing we do for a real estate buyer, for example, or a seller, is negotiating, and carefully thinking about the agreement of sale. Because that one single document controls everything else that goes on in that transaction and that, I think, is where we get the most value.
Philadelphia, PA estates & probate lawyer Matthew D. Gilbert talks about how he serves his clients in the area of real estate transactions.
