In real estate, well, most frequently we deal with negotiating, putting together agreements, and closing transactions. But, otherwise, frequent issues are title problems.
So during the course of a transaction, if it’s discovered that there may be a break in the chain of title or another defect, perhaps an encumbrance, an adverse possession claim, then we need to go in and take care of those issues before the transaction can resume. Those are very common problems that we solve.
