It’s actually a much easier process representing a seller, and when you’re representing a buyer, you have to do the due diligence, you have to negotiate a contract, and often you have to put together the financing and all of the partners and do all of that in a very compressed period of time. When you’re representing the seller, you’re really just working on the bid process, the sale process and a contract itself, and it’s much more easy and straightforward and the most important thing, which is that you should limit the amount of representations that you’re giving and prepare a very good due diligence room, so that the buyer can go in there and review everything for themselves and be comfortable that all the appropriate information is in the due diligence room, which is usually done in an online data room.
