Well, I think it relates to just being prepared, and they have to be prepared to rely on their own diligence in buying property and make sure they’ve spent the time and done what is necessary to understand what they’re buying ’cause they’re not going to get much comfort in a contract. In my entire career I’ve seen maybe one or two claims under a contract for a breach of a representation, so that means that very rarely is there anything in a contract that’s going to give a buyer much comfort for surprises that they find out later.
