In addition to the types of injuries or cases that we call catastrophic cases there’s our other cases and that would include like broken arms, broken legs, knee injuries, ankle injuries those types of injuries, which can also be career ending. Those are things where someone can have a back injury but not know immediately that it’s going to develop into a situation where the individual may need surgery and may not be able to do his or her work anymore. And that can be a very big deal for an employee that earns $100,000.00 or $150,000.00 a year to lose their livelihood for 20 years or more, that’s a big, big case and it needs to be protected. It’s the biggest asset that most families have is their job. And so, protecting that asset is really important and that’s why we have to make sure that we dot the I’s and cross the T’s in doing the investigation. Not just on how the accident happened and liability but in working with doctors and working with medical personnel, understanding the diagnosis, and asking about the future.
