Well, it _____ up in a situation like Prince has. Prince died and they haven’t found a will, so in that type of situation essentially you’re stuck with what Minnesota law sets forth as an estate plan for you. So you end up trying to locate the assets, determine how they’re titled, then figure out under Minnesota law who gets priority to receive those assets. And that’s exactly what the Prince case is going to be about for the next many years, is trying to figure that process out. And essentially, in a case like Prince, or a case where you don’t have a will, it becomes a mess and it’s a costly, lengthy mess. So it is much better to have that will and have that road map, set forth what needs to be done exactly from the time you pass and how the assets need to be handled and transitioned.
