Often, there is one party that feels that it’s not necessary to have a prenup, and then, the other party feels that it is very necessary. I think it’s one of those things that you want to talk about gently. You want to be very, very sensitive. But especially when you’re dealing with a family – family money, I think it’s one of those things that people can understand from both sides as to why there may have to be a prenup. Really, what it comes down to is being sensitive: recognizing that both parties are going to have concerns, and just really, really being respectful of that.
