The firm is currently active in many post-grant proceedings. What we try to do is to staff each case with a more senior attorney who has had both litigation experience and prosecution experience to help guide the team. We have several very skilled associates all with registration numbers that have backgrounds that we can fit to the particular case. And we work as a team to try to generate and maintain the cases.
