there’s more more to it than would look
obvious I mean in other words there’s
aspects to like reliability cases that
inexperienced lawyers might not
understand or manage correctly we do
have to show that when the the liquor
was provided to the person whether a
store or in a bar room that it was
already showing signs of intoxication
the biggest mistake I see people making
young lawyers make is they settle with
the drunk driver
and then proceed against the bar if you
have the drunk drivers out of the case
your k your case against the bar or
restaurant is just down the tubes you
need to have everybody in until the end

Braintree, MA personal injury attorney Michael Conley discusses his experience handling liquor liability cases. He explains that there is more to it than meets the eye when it comes to cases involving liability, particularly in situations involving alcohol. Inexperienced lawyers may overlook or mishandle certain aspects that we understand well. One crucial element we must establish is that the person who provided the alcohol, whether it be a store or a bar, served it to someone who was already visibly intoxicated. The most significant mistake I often witness younger lawyers make is settling with the drunk driver before pursuing the case against the bar or restaurant. If you remove the drunk driver from the case, your chances of success against the establishment diminish significantly. It is crucial to involve all parties until the very end of the legal proceedings.
