Yes. The simple answer is yes, and I’m speaking of Minnesota law as I reflect my answer here to you, because in Minnesota there is a Comparative Fault Statute. And there is a kind of a teeter totter effect in that if they find you 50 percent responsible, you collect 50 percent of your damages. If you’re 51 percent at fault, you get 0. And so the Comparative Fault Statue will impact on the judge’s final determination of the funding that is owed to you, but yes. The simple answer is yes. You can bring a claim as long as you’re not more than 50 percent responsible for what happened.
