I think, you know, people come, and they are nervous and anxious and the whole process is scary, and so on the front end, I enjoy being able to help them understand what may – I had – calming them down, helping them through the process. I really enjoy it in the end when they are thankful. I mean this is my job. This is what I do for a living, but also, it’s very rewarding to hear people say they appreciate you in the office and the team and what you’ve done for them, so that means a lot to me.
