Um the individuals that are at
retirement age or in retirement that is
such a large population in the country
and they themselves are getting ready to
pass on and so this is a time of
transition fortunes are made and lost in
times of transition and so the things
that they’ve accumulated during their
lifetime we’re getting ready to see that
pass and so that’s the silver tsunami is
the is getting ready to prepare the the
younger generation to receive
inheritance from the current
great generation
