In Massachusetts as in all the jurisdictions of this country trusts are a very interesting animal that sometimes organizations use. And I represented a nonprofit organization that had deep, deep roots back about 150 years and they went through a split but in the middle of it was a trust that held significant property in downtown Boston. There we didn’t need to go to trial, we were lucky enough to mediate that probably three-quarters of the way through the case and were able to get for my splinter group, ‘cause they splintered into two, two-thirds of the trust proceeds for our group and a third for the other side. The difficulty there was that we were fighting a national organization and they organization that we were dealing with was the Boston Chapter so it was a little bit of David versus Goliath, which is a familiar scenario for us and one that we like, it fits us. And so we were David and they were Goliath but we certainly thought the result was fair and it was helpful to the organization.
