Generally, I see two different kinds of elder abuse. I see financial elder abuse and physical elder abuse. Financial elder abuse is generally theft and changes to estate plans. Physical abuse is generally causing harm by either intentionally hurting the elder or just not protecting the elder and not helping the elder when they need to help them.
