I think the thing that is most meaningful to me at Zimmerman Reed is we take a team approach to every case we do. And so what happens when we have a new client come in and tell us about their case, we always – we grab a group. It’s who is interested in this, who does this issue resonate with. And so we all come together, investigate it, research the issue, and you know, during the course of a case, especially when you’re getting up before trial, you’re often in the office ’til 1:30 in the morning, 3:00 in the morning, everyone’s working really hard, but to have a team that you can rely on. They’re smart people, they’re passionate people, and you all know you have each other’s back. I think that part of the process, whether that person is a receptionist or it’s one of the paralegals on the team, but we’re all pulling together because we really care about this cause and have a chance to work with that group; I mean that’s why I love coming to work every day.
