I personally have tried to stay involved in different types of transactional matters, including different types of contract negotiations, small- to medium-range mergers and acquisitions, and certainly corporate organization and reorganizations themselves. I also understand that there are limits to what I’m comfortable practicing, and that’s why I’m able to turn to my colleagues here at Lommen Abdo. So if there’s a particular matter that is something that I’m not comfortable with handling myself, I know that I have people behind me, I know I have lawyers and staff behind me who are able to pick up a particular transactional matter and handle it for the client.
