A lot of times, it depends on whether you’re a plaintiff, a party who has a right that they want to bring a lawsuit on or a defendant. If you’ve been sued as a defendant, you have to take immediate response. But if you’re a plaintiff, plaintiffs should think long and hard whether or not they really want to bring a lawsuit even if they have a claim, it may not make business sense or common sense to pursue the claim. So we recommend plaintiff’s really think through before bringing a lawsuit.
