Well, I’m writing a book right now. There’s not one single book in America on 30(b)(6). There’s a little brochure out there. There’s a lot of articles people have written how to avoid 30(b)(6), but no one has captured all of the law, and so I’m in the process and, hopefully, will have it ready for publication by summer of the book on 30(b)(6) law and the strategies of how to use it so a lawyer does not have to be afraid of going face to face with a large organization.
