It’s an important part of representation because what we want to do is identify and find mechanisms by which a client can transfer potential losses such as a financial loss or some other type of risk, you know such as a bodily injury claim during a construction project. So what we want to do is we want to identify any potential risks that a client may have in the day to day operations of their business. And then we identify the potential mechanism such as contractual provisions, transferring that risk or utilizing insurance contracts in order to move the risk over to another party.
