since the Inception of the firm we have

represented hotel management companies

and we have worked with them in whatever

they’ve needed us to do and a lot of it

is based in receivership law and

franchise law it’s dealing with disputes

frequently they have with their hotel

owner clients uh frequently the hotel

owner clients don’t necessarily want a

management company but they’re forced to

do so by either their lend or their

franchise or so sometimes we’re managing

that relationship and working with them

on compliance with franchise agreements

and premises liability and other areas
