Rule 30(b)(6) is actually a device. It’s a way to take testimony from corporations, governmental entities and organizations and, rather than having people bounce you from person to person, saying, “I don’t know. I don’t know,” you can tell the organization, “This is specific information that I want to receive. You have to tell me.” So, that is the device that we use.
