I actually have. I have spoken on 30(b)(6) in 34 states at multiple national organization conferences, state conferences. Law firms hire me to teach their people, and it’s kind of a movement to empower David to take on Goliath. One of my favorite lines is from Charlie Chan that says, “If size were all that mattered, the tiger would not fear the scorpion,” and this is a tool that individual, small organizations can take on the biggest entities, including the government of the United States, and be in control.
