Well, what happens is is large organizations, be it corporations or governments, have gotten into this litigation mold where the way they defend cases is by hiding information, and they hire lawyers and pay them a lot of money to pull all these legal tricks to prevent you from getting information. Thirty (b)(6), if you know how to use it right, is a vehicle to flip their obstruction back on them. I call it legal jiu-jitsu.
