Well, the person who wants to take the deposition issues a deposition notice to the organization, and it doesn’t have to be a party. It could be any organization or entity. The notice is like a subpoena, and it says the organization must provide an officer, director or managing agent or a person who consents to testify to be fully prepared to provide all information known to the organization regarding, colon, and now you lay out the things you want them to tell you, and the subject matter. And from that they have to provide the information you’re looking for.
