another way a nonc compete agreement
could also be found to be unenforceable
under certain circumstances the key is
knowing those circumstances the other
key is getting a factual understanding
of the situation and this is whether I’m

impose a much more rigorous and harsh
standard to the enforcement of a
non-compete than to just about any other
contract so if you know the terms of the
agreement the underlying facts and the
law you um are in a good position or I
in a good position to advise a client as
to whether or not a particular
non-compete uh might be enforced by the
court
