A lot of it is really about education. Many motorcycle riders, both men and women, are pretty tough and independent. They often don’t want to see a lawyer unless they’ve been seriously injured. For the most part, that’s the biggest challenge in representing them—getting them to understand that I recognize their situation.
It’s important for them to understand what applies to their case and what doesn’t. They need to know that we’ll do everything we can to ensure they are seen in a fair light, rather than being unfairly judged based on the negative stereotypes often associated with motorcycle riders, such as those related to “Hell’s Angels.”
