we have a sort of unusual practice

because if you think about us a lot of

people especially in the area and in the

legal Community know us for what we’ve

done whether it’s in handling workers

comp or those areas but we also have a

very large appellate and Writing

Practice where we handle matters for

other lawyers and we handle everything

from their appeals to propelling them

prepare for trial with the pre-trial

motions or answers to motions so about

half of our clients are actually lawyers

and we regularly appear in all of the

appellate courts in Pennsylvania just

you know we’re talking now next week

I’ll be arguing three different appeals

on three different issues for three

different law firms who chose to hire us

to present those appeals often were

brought in because we have extra

expertise on how to get those cases to

the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for

example which chooses which cases it

takes and while you don’t get most of

your cases there no one does there is a

method to that but the appeals courts

know us our cases have had more impact

than any law firms in the States on

everything from the rights of people who

are injured in car accidents Injured

Workers and a variety of other matters

generally relating to civil injuries and

civil litigation and personal injury so

we are a go-to firm to handle those but

lawyers also call us because routinely

in lawsuits there’s called a motion for

summary judgment a motion to dismiss and

if that’s granted the case is over we

handle the drafting of the answers to

those motions and while no one wins

everything we have a very high success

rate you know there’s lawyers and they

have these listservs online and when

people are asked who do you go to it’s

we’re proud it’s our office you know we

have a team approach we have these

matters and you know we know the law and

we do them so we’re a go-to firm

throughout the state we work with

lawyers from every corner of this state

um on their appeals and try to make sure

that they get the best results for their
