The one piece of advice that I always give to my clients is one word: Document. Clients generally fail to maintain and preserve job files or agreements that they make with other parties. And so, as a result, it’s oftentimes we’re utilizing some type of oral agreement between the two different entities or parties and as a result, we don’t have the necessary evidence or preservation of whatever the agreement was. So I always tell my clients please document your file, for example, in construction projects photograph as the project is going along, maintain your job files because the more you maintain that, we can on the back end go in and utilize that information to our clients advantage.

The most rewarding aspect of my practice is when I can help clients achieve their goals and get a just result at the end of the day. Something that they are able to live with or that they are looking to accomplish. There’s nothing better than a job well done and your client being happy with the outcome of whatever the situation is.
