Well, I’ve certainly been doing it for a while, and I’ve done pretty much every type of real estate, not just in New York, but also on a national basis. I became interested in real estate really because of a couple of families that my family was very, very close to who were in the real estate development business. And one man in particular has been a very important mentor to me and great influence on my life and on my career, and I certainly owe a lot of my interests and insight and success to him.
