definitely the most rewarding is seeing
that relief once people go through an
estate planning process and they realize
that they’ve set everything up for their
family as best they can making sure that
their family members don’t have to go
through all these hoops and legal
steps to make sure that they’re still
taking care of their family that relief
is definitely the biggest reward in this
line of work I think
I feel like it’s less advice and more
something I ask a lot maybe is always
why
um clients will tell me hey I want to
accomplish this and I want to accomplish
that and I like to ask them why because
then I can give them a more complete
answer and make sure I’m actually
getting at the reason they’re coming to
us not just like what they think the
solution is because there could be
multiple ways to go about it so having
them think about that why and tell me
about it usually helps me get to the
best piece of advice which I think is a
lawyer answer to just not give any
advice in an advice question so sorry
about that
thank you
I went to the University of Alabama for
both undergraduate and then also the
School of Law so Alabama for the whole
thing and then while I was at Alabama I
did participate in an elder law clinic
there where we did legal work for people
over the age of 60 and a lot of it was
Estate Planning and that was where I got
that relief for the first time where I
saw clients realize or just have that
peace of mind and so that’s what I
wanted to pursue when I graduated law
school and this has been my first
position out of law school with Jeff and
it’s been great just the right fit
