so the philosophy in my work as a lawyer
how I approach my practice is that I
want to take a holis holistic view for
each client learn about the client and
their family their needs their goals so
that I can really craft a plan that will
work for each client specific uh
situation and circumstances it’s not a
one-size fits-all practice additionally
with that I also really focus on meeting
my clients where they’re at a lot of
these terms are basic to me because I
deal with them all the time but clients
don’t and so I want to make sure my
clients understand and so I try to
explain things in layman’s terms as much
as I can and I always check in with my
clients to make sure that they
understand what I’m communicating and if
they haven’t understood what I’m
communicating I find a different way to
communicate it to them so that they

do I think the success in estate
planning really uh relies on doing the
work give your attorney what they ask
for I’m not here to judge your family
situation or anything that you tell me
so it’s better to give me as much
information as possible and let me sort
through it really the administration of
your estate is going to happen one way
or the other it’s can we do it on the
front end by doing proper planning and
aligning your assets in the way that
they need to be aligned or do we need to
do it on the back end and bring the
court get them involved have court
involvement and do a probate
