I characterize my practice as a practical problem solver with personalized service. You know, I entered the service industry, and I do it both 9:00 to 5:00 in my job, but I also do it in the community as well, and I treat my clients as if they were family. When I’m making recommendations, I put my family members in their shoes if they were meeting those same dilemmas. And so even though I’m a litigator by experience, not every case has to go to a jury trial in order to be resolved. And so it’s that knack of being able to practically solve people’s problems with a personalized touch.
