What drives me as a lawyer is my passion for successfully doing what very few firms can do. You hear so much about million-dollar judgements and $10 million judgements and you ask yourself okay, that’s wonderful on a piece of paper it says you’ve won a judgement. But how much money did the client put into his or her or its pocket? And I want to be the guy, I want to be the law firm that takes that piece of paper so well handled by the litigation attorney and I want to turn it into money or goods or something tangible for the client. Because then the client who spent $10,000.00, $20,000.00, $100,000.00, in some cases a million dollars in legal fees gets something back not just a lawyer. And I like to compare this unfortunately, to many class actions where a class is represented against a major company. We do no class actions.

And there’s a multimillion or multibillion-dollar settlement and they lawyers get hundreds of millions of dollars in legal fees and you get a 97-cent coupon to go down and by the product. I don’t want to be there. I want to be the guy who brings the money home, brings the bacon home, makes the client say this was all worth it. This was worth the one, two, three, five years of my life to get the monies that I was owed because I’m right. And there’s a passion in there that’s just the way I am. I work till 1:00, 2:00 nights and I’m 75-years old and I plan to work that way forever. It’s just I love it. And I’m good at it and people tell me I’m good at it and the results show that I’m good at it. And that’s a passion I don’t know how else to say it, it’s a wonderful way to earn a living helping ppl and making yourself feel and look good to the legal community.
