I’ve had that happen a few times and things get a little tense and I say we have to hold the tension at that point. We can offline anything to any other skillset and specifically, if there’s an issue that the couple’s really stuck on we can bring in a mediator. We can bring in an arbitrator. We can bring in a counseling expert. Depending on what it is those experts are out there and before everything melts down I would like to bring that expert in and help them. Because the truth is if they get offline from the collaborative process and start going at each other, they haven’t accomplished anything they’re still having to go back to the point where they’re working together because most of the time they have children.
