I would say that the point of contact, the minute that they call us they’re going to get a response. They’re going to be asked questions so that we can begin to categorize their needs. They will hear back from me rather quickly. I will immediately send them an e-mail or get a phone call to them to see when is a time that we can conference so that I can hear what’s going on with them and hopefully, bring that anxiety level down, and then direct them in a healthy way for their next steps.
